Awaken Seminars

If so, the Awaken Seminar is for you. The Awaken Seminar is our free, introductory series on emotional intelligence and brings in many of the same tools, excitement, and fun of the Alive Workshop.

By attending the Awaken Seminar, you will understand how our mindsets affect and control our thoughts, our emotions, and our lives. Not only that, but you will experience tools that have been proven to work in shifting yourself into being your most powerful, vibrant, and dynamic self.
